Data we process - Publicly available YouTube channel data for analysis. - Technical usage data (IP address, device information, server logs). - Information you voluntarily provide (e.g. email when contacting us). - Payment data via Stripe (credit card details, invoices). - Usage data from Supabase (account IDs, subscriptions).

YouTube API Services: Formatsight uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public YouTube data (video metadata, channel statistics, public comments). By using our service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We store retrieved public YouTube data for up to 30 days and refresh or delete it thereafter.

5. Retention period: server logs max. 30 days; invoice data 10 years (tax regulations).

6. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability; right to object (Art. 21 GDPR); right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
