1. Scope: These Terms apply to the analysis service operated by Vincent Bender – Sole Proprietorship, c/o flexdienst – #20817, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 76, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany. Email: support@formatsight.com.

2. Service description - Analysis of publicly available YouTube data via YouTube API Services. By using our service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. - Results are informational only and do not replace professional advice. - No guarantee for completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability.

3. Pricing & Subscriptions - Credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. - Prices available on the website (credit packs and the Formatsight Pro subscription). - Credits are non-transferable. - Subscriptions auto-renew monthly (cancel anytime).

3a. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement by email to support@formatsight.com. A model withdrawal form is included.
